Terms & Conditions

Sales

Sales: Payable 14 days from date of invoice. Written notice of any claim concerning invoice, quantities, quality of packing or condition of goods must be received by the seller at its place of business within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods by the purchaser.

All prices are ex DH Technology's Warehouse Sydney.

Items back ordered will be supplied when available unless otherwise notified.

It is a condition of delivery of any product(s) detailed on an invoice to the purchaser that until the purchaser has paid the purchase price in full, the product(s) remain the sole and absolute property of DH Technology Pty Ltd as full and equitable owner and the possession by the purchaser of such product(s) is solely as bailee for DH Technology Pty Ltd. The purchaser hereby authorises DH Technology Pty Ltd to enter its premises to remove such product(s) in the event that payment has not been made for such product(s) within 14 days from date of invoice.

Warranty

Warranty periods vary from product to product and are listed on our website. All standard warranties are return to base unless stated otherwise. DH Technology offers a variety of service and warranty packages including on-site support and contract agreements.

Customer Pick-up Orders

Any urgent pick-up orders that have not been collected within 7 days of date of order will be shipped to the customer with an invoice and freight will be charged.

Freight

Freight will be charged on every order. Freight charges start at $25 excl. GST, depending on delivery address and shipment weight. Freight quotes can be provided upon request. Please call us for more information.

Lead Times

Indent shipment lead times vary, however 8 weeks can usually be taken as a guide. We accept no responsibility for the lead time experienced in delivery of indent orders.

Returns

All returns must be approved by and returned to DH Technology within 14 days of receipt of goods. All stock being returned must first receive a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please contact our head office on 1300 DH TECH (34 8324). Cost of return freight to DH Technology is at the customers’ expense. All products returned must be in a saleable condition for refund to be issued. All returns incur a 20% re-stocking fee. Freight is non-refundable.
